1. Overview By accessing or purchasing from Pokedecks4u ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases on our store. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

  • All Pokémon cards and trading card game (TCG) products are sold as collectibles.
  • Card conditions (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played) are described to the best of our ability. Condition assessments are subjective and final.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
  • Product listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within 2 days.

5. Bulk Submissions

  • Bulk buy/sell submissions made via our form are subject to review and are not binding offers until confirmed in writing by us.
  • Quoted values are valid for 10 days from the date of confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to revise or decline any submission upon inspection.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

  • All sales of sealed product are final unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokedecks4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
