Bulk Requirements & Process
Card Condition
All Pokémon Cards MUST be Mint/Near Mint condition. That means no creases, bends, scratches, whitening of the backs etc. In essence 'booster pack fresh' — cards in an unplayed condition, placed straight into storage upon opening from the booster pack.
Language Requirements
ALL cards MUST be English (except EX/GX/V TG/GG/AR — we accept Korean and Japanese for these). We do not accept Japanese or any other language Pokémon Card Bulk. Cards must also be 100% genuine Pokémon Cards.
All other TCGs: WE ONLY ACCEPT ENGLISH.
Coins and mini tins must be free from any scratches and/or dents and have no label residue on them.
Pricing & Payment
Rates for bulk are regularly updated to coincide with current market prices. Prices at the time of submission will be honoured as long as physical bulk arrives within 10 days of the form submission.
Payment will be arranged after bulk has been received and checked by us — usually within 48 hours of receiving the bulk — via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Submission, Packing & Posting
Sort and count your cards/coins into separate piles as shown on the bulk form. Enter the quantities and submit. You will receive a response within 48 hours confirming whether we can accept the submission, along with the postage address and total payable amount.
We split postage — please provide a receipt or evidence of postage cost and 50% will be added to your total payment.
- Pack cards by rarity where possible (sets not required but helpful).
- Wrap into bundles of 50, 100, 200 etc. using cling film, printer paper, or bubble wrap to prevent movement in transit.
- Use a strong box — a box inside a box is recommended. Weak boxes split in transit and couriers will use this to avoid paying out.
- Fill any gaps with bubble wrap, newspaper, or similar so cards are snug.
Recommended Postage
Royal Mail Click & Drop is the easiest option — they collect for free and can bring a label if you don't have a printer.
- Up to 2kg (approx. up to 1,000 Pokémon cards): Royal Mail (Signed For optional). Signed For covers up to £50; standard covers £20.
- Over 2kg: Use a courier — get quotes via Parcel2Go to compare options.
It is your responsibility to insure your parcel for the correct amount. A courier will only cover up to the insurance value declared.
