Shipping policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT/BST may not be dispatched until the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (UK) We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) — 2–5 business days
Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — 2–3 business days
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — 1–2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and value.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Packaging All cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Singles and bulk lots are sleeved and packed in rigid mailers or boxes where appropriate.

Order Tracking Tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
