Q. Do we provide international Shipping?
Yes, We ship worldwide. Please check potential custom charges before making any purchase.
Q. How long should I expect to wait for a response to a deck request?
24 hours. We usually respond much quicker than this but due to time zones around the world response times can vary. If you haven’t received a reply within 24 hours check your spam folder before messaging again. ( This can be longer over the weekend).
Q. If I don’t wish to purchase a complete deck or singles listed in the shop can i purchase just the cards I need?
Yes. Drop us message via the contact form with the list of cards you are after, if we have them available we can work out a deal for you!!
Q. How will I pay for items arranged via the contact form i.e. Custom decks or singles?
We will provide you with a quote for the list via email and re confirm the list. when you are happy we will send you an invoice via PayPal for you to pay.
Q. IF i buy a complete deck is the list i see the list I will receive?
Yes, However on rare occasions the artworks of the cards may vary depending on stock levels , for example. Pictured may be Nest ball from Sun & Moon but you may get Nest ball from Scarlett & Violet.
Q. How Long does my order take to process?
Currently orders are taking up to 48 hours to dispatch due to the high volumes of orders. Please bare in mind we Only post between Monday (0900) through Friday (1630). Although orders may be made at weekends they will NOT start to be processed until the Monday.
Q. What are the working hours?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1800. GMT.
We are not in the office at weekends although occasionally will reply to enquiries remotely.
